This website is operated by Rider’s Coffee. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Rider’s Coffee. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein.

Eligibility

Products & Services

We offer coffee, apparel, and gear, many of which are made to order. Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display products accurately, but we do not guarantee that colors, textures, or finishes will appear exactly as shown due to screen differences and production variations.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in [CAD / USD — specify in your store] unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Correct pricing or product description errors

Orders may be canceled only within the timeframe stated in our Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy.

Subscriptions

Coffee subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the option selected at checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at each billing cycle.

You may manage, pause, or cancel subscriptions through your customer account before the next billing date. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled for that cycle.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Rider’s Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, graphics, text, product designs, and images—is the property of Rider’s Coffee and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to terminate access to the site for violations of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Rider’s Coffee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
