Purchase Options
Rider’s Coffee offers the following purchase options:

One-Time Purchases
Available on all coffee, apparel, and gear. -
Subscription Orders (Coffee Only)
Customers may choose recurring delivery options such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly subscriptions at a discounted rate. Subscription details, pricing, and delivery frequency are clearly displayed at checkout.
Subscription Management
You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account, including:

Pausing a subscription

Skipping a delivery

Changing delivery frequency

Updating shipping or billing information
Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to the upcoming order.
Cancellations – One-Time Orders
Because our products are made to order, orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production or fulfillment begins, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
Cancellations – Subscription Orders

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account

Cancellation must be completed before the next billing cycle

Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled for that cycle
Subscription Pricing & Discounts
Subscription discounts apply only to active recurring orders. Canceling a subscription ends the discounted pricing for future orders.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails:

We will attempt to process the payment again

If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused or canceled automatically
Changes to Products or Pricing
We reserve the right to update product availability, pricing, or subscription offerings at any time. Active subscriptions will always reflect the pricing shown at the time of renewal.
