Refund & Return Policy

At Rider’s Coffee, every product is made to order. We take pride in quality and stand behind what we sell. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or color selection. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Coffee Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee:

  • Coffee sales are final

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if the product arrives damaged or incorrect

Apparel & Gear

  • Apparel and gear are produced on demand

  • Minor variations in color or print placement may occur and are not considered defects

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
